What do you do with your staff to have fun? Just a quick 15 min. activity to blow off steam, laugh, and have a good time? How about “Noodle Tag?” Best 15 min. we could spend together at the end of stressful week!
Getting directions from Coach J |
The Friday before Christmas break students were dismissed at noon so teachers could finalize semester reports. Our PE teacher Coach J organized staff Dodge Ball on this day. Well on our early out before Spring Break he organized Noodle Tag. Who better to come up with a “team-builder”/stress relieving activity than our beloved PE Teacher.

The week after spring break I do an egg hunt. I have those cheep plastic eggs I hide around the school. When they find one they get to pick a prize. Micheals has stuff on sale for 0.50 this week and I'll get some candy too. Teachers have a lot if fun with it. I often have more prizes than eggs so they get to rehide the egg. I don't put prizes in the eggs incase a student finds it. – Janell Bagwell @ field

Okay that sounds like fun! I may have to try that one too. Great idea. Thanks for sharing so others can try it too.

Cyndi,
You divide up into 4 or 6 teams. Teams go to corners of BB court and half court. Stay outside the black line or volleyball court lines.
The first person on your team gets the "noodle."
Coach blows the whistle and 1st person tries to WHACK the person from the other teams with the "noodle" BELOW THE WAIST!
Once you are WHACKED you go to the end of your team line.
Play goes until one player is left standing and that team wins!!!
Enjoy!
