Usually the end of the year is such a whirlwind that I don’t get a chance to do teacher awards. I always have good intentions but geesh, you know how the end of the year goes. So….. lucky for me over at TeachersPayTeachers.com I came across Reagan Tunstall’s Candy Awards! These are specifically for students but I went ahead and put teachers names on them to hand out tomorrow. It was pretty easy to match the award to the teacher and it should be fun to hand these out. I thought it would be great to model and end of the year celebration the teachers can use next year:)
I did this in the classroom and my daughter's teacher did this this year. As I begin my journey as an Assistant Principal this coming school year I need to keep this in mind for the end of the 1st semester or end of the year. I am excited I have found your blog and will come back when I have more time to read and learn. 🙂 Lana
This seemed to be a hit with my staff. There was a certificate that fit every staff member. I had to use some of them twice but it worked out great! I will have to revive it again in a few years.
