This summer I created teacher feedback cards with predetermined questions and separate cards for you to add your own questions. The purpose of this product is to change the way principals get feedback. For 16 years. We have done regular surveys and anonymous surveys. Asking for feedback face to face can be easy. Relationship building is important and many principals can read the culture and tone of their teachers.

Once a month place a teacher feedback card in teachers’ mailboxes or place on their desks with a candy treat. Ask teachers to fill them out and return to you for a prize. Including candy and offering a prize drawing for everyone who fills it out will increase participation. Increased participation will give you more feedback.
